Cheese crackers

My husband has given up carbs and I know that had to be hard. So I thought, how can I make a cracker that has no carbs or at least low carbs. BINGO! Homemade cheese crackers. Easy to make and taste great!

You will need-

1- greased cooking sheet or wax paper to put on cookie sheet

1-16oz bag cheddar cheese shredded

1- container Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle a bit of of your cheeses on pan. It should be about size of quarter. Or little bigger. You can combine cheeses for any flavor you want. Parmesan is used with other cheeses.

Broil on low for ten minutes or bake in oven at 350 degrees for ten minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

1- 16oz bag mozzarella shredded


Yummy whipped cream

I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes for whipped cream. I use different spices depending on what I am using it for….

For coffee- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Dash of nutmeg

Mix together and blend with electric mixer on medium until thick. Add as a topping to your favorite coffee!!!

For fruit- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon honey

Mix together same way as above! Add to fruit and enjoy!

I am going to try out different recipes soon because I would love to make a fruit dip with whipped cream!!!

Last but not least good old fashioned whipped cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix as stated above! Great for any thing you can think of!
